In the Toltec tradition, three fundamental masteries guide us to our true nature, which is happiness, freedom, and love. The first is the Mastery of Awareness. Preachy and pretty bloody awful.
Preachy, contradictory, psychobabbly dogma that was pretending to be inspired and insightful. Definitely not written from a place of love or high spiritual frequency. In short: this tone and telling has a really yukky vibe. First book of this guy's I've read and definitely gonna be the last. I get more wholistic and inspired guidance from my own meditations! There was nothin here for me in this incoherent, chaotic, pedestrian diatribe.
