She waited for my reply and was so easy to talk to when I cancelled that purchase, got a refund and purchased this alma bag instead. Good price, shipping took 5 days to Australia. Bag came as described and bubble wrapped. Zipper works but very hard to pull, for the price I am happy with it. First time to buy from a japanese ebay seller and I will be buying more.

The bag came in a dust bag and nice packaging. The only thing i'd probably mention is that inside the bag there was no paper so it's shape stay attached. Very quick shipping, although here in Greece requires information about costum clearance but without extra fees ( it arrived in only five day ). Very pleased, i definitely recommend and i will buy more in the near future for sure!

Both bags came in a plastic bag, I wish the packaging was better like a box would be better. My backpack came with a hole in the bottom which was not in the description. I contacted the seller, usually they are very quick to respond and I always had a good experience with them but this time, it took them two days to reply. They offered me $46 AUD partial refund. I accepted it cause I couldn't be bothered returning and shipping the bag again.
