    The ordered item arrived in perfect packaging and was installed following supplied instructions however the product failed to function. The supplier was notified with photo evidence of the problem. No replacement was offered. An apology and a poultry $5.00 refund was offered. On principle I refused that. An extremely poor outcome to a simple quality control issue. The financial loss is insignificant to me but the useless purchase and customer service is abysmal. Beware of this company.
