    Very bizarre experience,my order didn't arrive so I contacted seller to be told they couldn't dispatch to my address which I have been receiving parcels to for many years very strange ,so asked for refund which they gave me immediately to their credit but still out of pocket not the full amount ,I wouldn't recommend this seller strangest experience I've ever had on eBay.

    Ordered and sent via Aus express post without tracking initially. After not arriving for a week and a half seller was contacted via the none arrival dispute. Seller organised to send another and asked to close the dispute. Thsj new package was sent via china post and seller promised arrival in 2 days. Item had not arrived by COB on that day. When contacted seller said it would be arriving by 8pm (3hrs from contact). Item did not arrive and then seller said it would arrive the next day, it didnt

    The ad for this product made it sound like there were 2 bottles of carpet cleaner -whereas I only got 1bottle and the invoice description said 1bottle of 2x concentrated

    Hello dear. Hope your are doing good. I am contacting you regarding the neutral feedback you left on your purchase. Your opinion matters a lot for us to improve our services. You have mentioned that ad sound like 2 bottles but you can check it again in title of the ad and description of the ad. It's clearly mentioned (1 Bottle). And in the images part, 2 pictures don't mean 2 bottles they are front and back view of the item. Please revise your feedback. We'll be grateful for your this action.
