  I purchased a TV mount from audiovisualaustralia on 9/4/24, which, after being posted a week later and eventually arriving, turned out to be the WRONG ITEM ! I went through the Ebay returns process the day it arrived and posted it back to the seller. After no money was returned and not one word of communication from them, I opened an Ebay case and was eventually refunded on 12/5/24, over a month from the original purchase date. DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME WITH audiovisualaustralia !!!

  We cannot send to address that are not listed on Australia Post web site . As you would give us a correct address we had to refund you . Sorry but there are lots of scammers trying this . Cheers
