A clever and effective design
Am very happy with these castor cups, whose ingenious cupped design holds the brass wheels of my antique desk steady, with the weight distrubuted well on my precious rug underneath. Having tried several sizes and styles of conventional flat castor cups, I have found the Slipstick to be vastly superior.

How to eat yummy and stay healthy
A well-written and presented book that all Australians should have in their homes. With Type 2 Diabetes fast becoming a major national health crisis, this combination health manual and cookbook is very timely. A wealth of easy to understand information about diabetes and the lifestyle choices that contribute to it, as well as tips for making simple changes to prevent it. Plus a whole bunch of yummy and easy to prepare recipes organised into different mealtime groups, that should help make the quest for better health much more appetising.
