Peterman PUCK 'N STOMPA - BASS - XLR - professional stomp box - stompbox
09 July 2019
Pleased with the Peterman Puck 'n Stompa
I had previously bought a Logarhythm mk3. While it was ok, it still basically sounded like you were tapping your foot on a piece of framing lumber. Not so with the Peterman Puck 'n Stompa. Nice, full thumping bass sound and less expensive than the Logarhythm. I bought the XLR input model for a more secure cable attachment. But it will work with either a low-Z mic cable, or a high-Z XLR cable with a 1/4" phone plug on the other end. A small piece of hook sided velcro (included) attaches it nicely to my fuzzy pedal board so it doesn't do a walkabout (it is made in Australia, ya know). I could use both the Peterman and the Logarhythm to have two different rhythm sounds but, if you're looking for a fuller bass sound, the Puck 'n Stompa is the way to go.
Steel Guitar CD - Joe Goldmark - All Hat ~ No Cattle - NEW / SEALED - HMG # 3009

Joe Goldmark brings the pedal steel to another level.
Great instrumental renditions of popular tunes. If you're a fan of the pedal steel guitar, you should love this CD. I first heard his cover of the Byrds classic "Eight Miles High" on a local college radio station nearly 20 years ago and never got around to ordering it. I'm lovin' it!
