Easy to use and good instructions
2 of 2 found this helpful I am a keen cook who loves sharp knives. I have always kept my knives (Zwilling J.A. Henckels) using the Chef's Choice 2 stage manual diamond Hone and a Steel. After 20 years I decided to take them to a Saw Doctor who claimed they did knives as well. They completely wrecked my bread knife which I had to replace and the rest of the knives were shocking. I then took them to a Knife Shop who had them 'professionally sharpened' and they were just ok but still not great. Was about to buy myself a new set but decided one last thing so I bought the Chef's Choice 312 Electric Sharpener. Make sure you ask a knife specialist which one to buy to suit your knives as Chef have a few different sorts. Huge improvement to them after two rounds. I will do another round and I am sure they will be back to my liking. Have sharpened some cheaper knives with it as well and they came up fantastic. I would recommend the Chef's Choice 312. Great product and I will save lots of money by sharpening the knives myself.
