Was returned to sender but sender had given incorrect address and now an elderly lady in NSW has my other item when I’m in WA. sender hasn’t bothered to contact me or respond to messages/refund my item despite there being proof it has not been delivered. Terrible service for mediocre product.

    Arrived and I noticed it was in a kmart box. I opened and it’s literally a Kmart branded milk frother. Could have saved myself $8 and gone to Kmart myself. Pretty sure this seller has just purchased from kmart and delivered to my address. I guess that makes me the sucker for not doing more online research. I won’t buy from this seller again, as they clearly misrepresent themselves.
