LED Clip-on Electronic Digital Guitar Tuner Chromatic Bass Violin Ukulele Tuner
13 February 2020
Perfect for electric, but clip somewhat small for classical guitars.
I bought this tuner because of its resemblance to the now-discontinued Fender FT 004 tuner, which has been my favourite. It is fine fore electric guitars, but for classical guitars the clip could be made a little larger to sit securely on headstock.
Savarez 500 CR Corum New Cristal Classical Guitar Strings Normal Tension

Good for the right guitar
Savarez strings are a high quality product. For those classical guitars that are designed for medium tensions strings they are my preferred choice for clarity of sound
Lope DVD R4

Entertaining historical drama
Like most historical dramas, this film, embellishes known facts about the famous Spanish dramatist and poet Lope de Vega’s life in order to create an entertaining story. It is closer to the main facts of Lopes life, however, than the nearest English equivalent, “Shakespeare in Love”. I bought the DVD to help improve my Spanish language comprehension in an entertaining way and I’m very happy to have this in my collection. The costumes and scenes of Madrid in the 16th century seem pretty authentic to me. The closing scene, with the Lope and his lover rising their horses to freedom out of Madrid was a bit too mushy for me. A good entertainment with strong performances by major and minor characters.
