    The seller went the extra mile to get these shipped to me, as originally it was a Pick Up only. And Aussie Post surprised me by delivering in only 3 days. There was 1 damaged speaker, but was easily repaired. And they sound great...you can't get PC speakers like this anymore :(

    We are very sorry this occurred, unfortunately what an individual does on behalf of a postage service is completely out of our control. We can raise these concerns with the service provider in the hope these matters aren't repeated however the saying that "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink" rings true. As you have admitted your intention was to raise your concerns to eBay for this, however this has been posted on my feedback page and unfortunately can't be removed.

    Thank you for the positive feedback, we ensure delivery is dispatched within 24 hours and is packaged as safely as practicable. If we receive an order on a Friday we often go beyond and dispatch on the Saturday which does help speed up the process.
