    Ordered 6-Oct and arrived 21-Oct Seller had not contacted me to tell there was a delay in delivery. No explanation until I challenged them, even though I paid $18 postage. They blamed the courier company but that’s not my fault. They could’ve contacted me to let me know. I’ll avoid them in the future.

    I had no information of the delay. Sendle missed their pick up day, then a weekend and I think there was a public holiday east of us. So this is my fault, I don't think so. Call Sendle and have a winge to them. Or try living over here and see what it like trying to get products sent east. The two weeks you waited is not too bad
