Great Yeast with high ambient heat tollerance
I use this yeast often. It has high tolerance to high ambient heat. The brew can be distilled after three days (in summer) with great percentages of spirit, roughly 4.5 litres of 94% Ethanol, sometimes even more than 4.5 litres. It's not the cleanest but it produces exceptional quantity of alcohol in a very short space of time in warm ambient climes.
