Brilliant,works a treat,

Oh yeah ,this is a real little beefy!I put my back to the wall,lean forward a little bit at the shoulders,then drop this item down between back and wall.Might take 1 or 2 goes.But when you find the trigger point,or rumroids,lean back and apply some pressure. Then bend at the knees and go up and down,hold the painful spot with pressure,the painfully spot becomes less painfully!!Fantastic item,I bought 2 1 for me n 1 for my 90 year old Dad
