    Item arrived in a torn satchel without any other packing to protect garment. No bag or paper - just stuffed in a satchel. Arrived Marked.

    Thank you for your feedback Emma, as we had already discussed in our communication the torn satchel was an Australia Post issue and in no way did I intend for your item to arrive marked. I had also given you the option to open a damaged item claim through Australia Post as they will need to sight the packaging and item and need to be aware of how they are handling their own packaging through their delivery system. As previously mentioned, I am happy to assist if needed.

    Many thanks for your reply. I had two damaged on the same day. If there had been a layer of protection inside surrounding the garment I believe this could have been avoided. Because the garment was unprotected it left it vulnerable to damage. Customer service isn't just saying - "go talk to Aust post". It's opening a request and doing what you can to help - not just passing the buck. I'd recommend you provide an extra layer of packing in the future.
