Professional look and feel
Made of aluminium. Good glossy paint job. Looks professional.

They fit well, block lots or little, depending on how far in you push them.
The ear plugs fit nicely into the ears when they expand. They can be pulled out a little bit if you don't want to block everything out. I find that after I've worn them to see a loud band there is minimal ringing in my ears and my hearing is better, compared to when I don't wear any ear plugs at all.
