    Item not as described - item had been opened- internal packagingmissing. Blamed Australia post for the damaged box! - sent me the pictures he had taken prior to sending - after I received the damage item when I requested them - damage to box was alreadt there - failed to declare this - small refund issued - not real pleasant to deal with either! Hopefully you get a better experience.

    Hi Rachel, so sorry to hear that however your request was highly unreasonable asking for 40% of the rrp due to very minor visual damage to the corners of the box. I am a collector myself and it did not occur to me this would be an issue. I offered to send you a new box however you declined despite the fact that would’ve rectified the issue. The contents of the box however were immaculate and no contents were missing (Perth mint does not ship any of these with tissue paper).Apologies,Lachlan
