Diameter
I was specific about the diameter of the side of the lugs and was assured they are the diameter I wanted, when I received them I went to put the on my car - they didn't fit. I checked the diameter to see they are 3mm smaller then advertised.

doesn't last as long
The charge doesn't last as long as genuine batteries and the strength of output isn't strong enough.
