Money stolen, products not provided
Incorrect item provided despite the packaging and model number being the same as what was advertised.
The seller is called "brandbeast" (https://show.naturesstillness.shop/usr/brandbeast) and noted in their response (picture) that "old stock" was provided at the time of purchase - This is an absolute lie and unethical business practise as Bosch would not sell the same item with the same model number/item code. Checks were made to ensure the item was compatible with my vehicle and images of the product on the eBay ad also matched what was sold elsewhere.
The seller is absolutely unethical, lying and unwilling to help.
My money is stolen.
