NEW Minelab Go-Find 66 Metal Detector By Anaconda

Great for kids but bad valie
I purchased the Minlab Go-Find 66 as a compact unit to keep in my car. I took it out for a trip to the beach and spent post of the time trying to keep it from collapsing. It constantly keeps folding up on itself and with each swing I feel the battery clover wanting to pop off or snap, not sure exsactly but feels super super weak. I spent I ended up slapping some tape on it to keep it extended because no matter how well I thought I locked it into place it keeps collapsing. As a detector it’s ok but you can buy a cheap Aldi or Second hand market unit for under $70 that’s better value and will give the same results. As a big fan of Minelab gear, owning the X-Terra 705 and the GPZ 7000, this is a buy that I regret sadly.

A childhood classic
This is one of my favourite on screen versions of the ‘Journey to the West’ by Wu Cheng'en. Even though it’s dubbed in English it is a fun and engaging story. The film to DVD conversion is not the best at times with the original taped static from time to time popping into the DVD. The characters are well played by the actors and the dubbed voices are hilarious. Though season 1 dubbed voices are much much better than season 2, in with the odd bit of light swearing occurs from time to time. I would easily give this classic a 8/10 as something I will watch it from time to time on a cold winters day and hopefully get my son to learn to love it too. Highly recommended.

Very cheap quality
This product is so cheap, 3 out of 4 kind of work and 1 won’t work at all. Once you place in the batteries and press the button nothing happens as the battery compartment is a fraction too small so the batteries don’t fit right and you need to fiddle heaps to get them to work. Once they are turned on I reccomend to stand back as any bumps and they will turn off again. Such bad quality products
