How to choose Sendle
Sendle is available as a carrier on the eBay Labels Platform, so you can buy and print Sendle labels right from the Seller Hub/My eBay. Here’s how to create a Sendle label:
- Once your item sells, visit Seller Hub/My eBay
- Click “Print postage label”
- Choose either Sendle Drop Off or Pickup
- If you prefer pickup, you can choose Printer-Free

Parcel Pickup: With Sendle, you can have your parcel picked up from your home or office at no extra cost. Simply select the ‘pickup’ option when creating your label. Then all you need to do is package your parcel and print and attach the label.
Printer Free: No printer? No problem! You can book a parcel pick up without having to print a label. Simply choose “No Printer Required” under the Sendle pickup service option. Then write the tracking code and To & From address on the parcel. Easy!
Same Day Drop Off
Sendle offers many convenient drop-off locations around Australia, including petrol stations, newsagencies and pharmacies – many of which are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Simply select the Sendle ‘drop-off’ option when creating your label.

All Sendle deliveries require a physical street address (Sendle can't deliver to post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations). Bear in mind, Sendle currently does not offer signature on delivery. Under eBay’s Money Back Guarantee policy, where a buyer claims that an item has not been received, one of the things sellers are required to provide in order to prove successful delivery for items valued at $750+ is signature confirmation.
