Updates to protections when items are incorrectly marked not as described

From 1 August, we're removing the $9 label credit cap on existing false ‘Item Not as Described’ protections for labels provided on eBay. Instead you’ll receive a credit for the actual amount paid for the postage.

New EU General Product Safety Regulations

From 13 December, new safety regulations will require sellers that ship to the EU to provide safety-related information. If you don’t ship to these regions, the GSPR isn’t applicable to you.

2024 Australia Post Price changes

From 1 July 2024, Australia Post is making changes to the price of some products and services. Your domestic and international parcel pricing on eBay will be consistent with the pricing at your local post office.
