Your first postage label is free!

Postage through eBay just got easier. Try it today & get your first label on us.

Did you know you can save time and money by paying for postage online via My eBay?

As soon as your item sells you can click “Purchase postage label” and simply choose an Australia Post or Sendle postage service. A postage label will be created for you to print and attach to your parcel. The best bit? You can try eBay labels for free! Your first Australia Post or Sendle postage label is on us.

When your item sells, we’ll email you.

If you are in a Sendle eligible location and the buyer address is not a PO Box address, we will automatically email you a FREE Sendle drop-off postage label when your item sells. All you need to do is:

  1. Click “Download a postage label” in the email

  2. Print & attach the label to your parcel

  3. Drop off the parcel at a convenient Sendle location near you

Many Sendle drop off locations are open 24 hours, 7 days a week (like BP petrol stations, news agencies, and pharmacies). Learn more about Sendle Drop Off here.

No printer? No problem.

If you do not have access to a printer, in the item sold email do not click “Download a postage label” and instead scroll down the email and click “Choose a different label”. There you can choose Sendle Parcel Pickup service and “no printer required” to have your parcel picked up from home the next day.

Just like using eBay’s label platform, using this label will have the same Sendle benefits:

  • You are not charged until you use the label (after first scan)

  • Tracking is uploaded automatically for the buyer

  • Includes Sendle Cover of up to $300

  • Sendle deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. Sendle offsets its carbon emissions and invests in positive environmental causes.

Need packaging tips?

  • Package it with anything you have lying around the house.
  • Re-purpose your old online shopping satchels or use an old moving box.
  • Simply cover any old barcodes & ensure your item is protected for the journey.
